The Perfect Rental - The property is exactly as described and the location was great for theater, restaurants attractions and subway access. Will definitely be using it annually. Lisa is great to work with and takes such pride of ownership in her property.

Convenient and spacious - We rented the lower apartment in this building. Four big bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, well furnished kitchen with a big table for meals, big fenced back patio area, two floors, spacious common living area. We especially enjoyed having code lock gates and entry door as we did not have to worry with sharing keys among nine people. The stairs between floors are steep and not every room has a window, but that was not a problem for us. It is an old, quiet residential building within easy walking distance of Times Square and of all of the plays which we went to see. There are numerous groceries with in a three block area, from large to small. Lots of restaurants, a large RiteAid pharmacy, Starbucks, other shopping and a fascinating neighborhood. Cabs abound in the big cross streets and the subway access is close by, too. Nice linens, lots of towels. A very satisfactory base of operations for our stay.

Well located, clean and spacious - Great location for touring NYC via subway -- main lines close for easy Uptown/Downtown access. Nice walk to MOMA, Broadway & Times Sq. Good restaurants, wine bar within steps of property & easy access to grocery, specialty market & take out. Upper unit's main living area spacious & great for hanging out. Well equipped galley kitchen opens to living area. Owner helpful. Apartment well maintained. Couple BRs need better shades to block city's night lights. Lots of steps typical of NYC walk up.

Great Apartment for a travel group - The apartment was great for a group of five adults. All 4 bedrooms are large and the two baths very spacious and newly remodeled. We were able to use the kitchen and living area for group dinners and conversation. The location was great with easy access to transportation, activities, and a wide variety of food sources. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Ear plugs were supplied by the owner which was good, because there is a lot of street noise, but it is NY. Better window coverings would have been nice to help with room darkening in the bedrooms. Would definitely rent again

Superb Manhattan apartment - Stayed in this fabulous spacious apartment with 5 friends for my birthday and we just loved it, spacious spotless and fully equipped with everything that you could want and need. The beds were really comfortable with lovely linen and gorgeous fluffy towels. All the girls made a comment on this. It felt like a home from home and we would all definitely come back. We didn't notice any issues with noise even though we were right in the heart of Manhatten. This place is a real find. Lisa was so helpful and I have have been telling everyone about the wonderful time that we all had at this apartment. You an pretty much walk to everything, shopping culture and great local restaurants and bars. I felt like I was living sex and the city for real.

Fun fun fun - The property was in a fantastic location with restaurants of every type just minutes away. Times Square 10 minutes, Central Park 15 minutes. The apartment was very clean (thanks Juanita and Jennifer) and very well equipped with super comfy beds. Lisa was great to deal with always answering questions promptly. The down side is it's very noisy but it is the city that never sleeps and NY drivers are very impatient. You don't go to NY for peace and quiet you go for fun and that's certainly what we had. Thank you Lisa and all the best for the future.
